Best plastic to use to mount speaker

I need some material to mount a speaker in my door to cover some open space (I have a 4x6 hole and I'm buying a 5.25") and I need some thin (1/8"- 3/16") rigid plastic. What's the best type to go with? I don't know anything about plastic properties. Acrylic? Plexiglass?

ABS. Either that or very thin plywood.

Acrylic and Plexiglas are the same thing only Plexiglas is a brand name of clear acrylic sheet, BTW.
