dude, i kinda thought when i said spl mostly, that was my indication of what i was lookin for, but i guess u didnt read that, i made it very clear ive got enough to power the cvrs and the pioneers, and the cerwins will be a bit underpowered, so im askin a simple question, box is not an issue, i havent build it yet, price is also not an issue bc i listed the prices of them and my price range, im gettin dual 4 ohm with any sub i get, so that isnt a factor, and i said im not lookin for anything special bc i dont hav that much money, so i dont kno why ud ask about competition, does it sound lik im lookin for competition with those subs i just named. Sorry if the title of my thread got u, but please read my thread before being as ******* about it, or dont comment at all

likewise, why dont you try searching before being an asshat and posting stupid questions.

and btw, you still didnt tell us how much air space you had to play with, ported, sealed, bandpass... all of these things can affect the answer.

there are no posts comparing the subs i mentioned, and ok, my question wasnt which one is the best in a 4 cube ported box tuned to 32 hz bc i assume in most cases the ported will be louder, and each sub is dif, and will be better in dif sizes and tunings, and i plan on playin with that once i get the subs, so im just askin a simple quesiton, which do u feel is the better sub overall for general SPL purposes, which do u feel has the best potential, if my question is too vague for u, go post on someones thread who has all factors figured out, im askin as a general question, lik if i asked whether type r or audiobahn is a better product, u would pry answer that question without asking what kind of airspace or competitions im lookin to enter, and ya, i assume u dont read my question when u ask about competition, and go on an all out freak out about my question
