i have a bmw 330i, which has a battery in the trunk. i want to put a big battery back there, something like a kinetic 2400, or group 31 or power master d3100. what would be the best battery to use as the main starting/system battery, for trunk mount location. my bmw also has a spot up front which is near a stock power wire and i think i can put a small battery these, something like a batcap 2000 or 800 for a light weight battery, with a little extra power for the stuff up front. my first idea was to keep my stock battery in the back, and put a batcap 2000 in the trunk, but for weight issues, i should just replace the stock battery with a big bad boy one. oh yeah, i am running a niche audio 6000d, same as treo ssx1500, a zapco reference 750, and a zapco reference 150, total fuse rating is 300 amps for all 3 amps. stock bmw alt of 120amps.
