Best head unit for system building?

I am currently in the market for a new head unit. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what would be the best head unit for system building. I am looking for one with alot of diffrent options like hi pass, low pass filter, nice display ect. My budget is 350.00 so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That is a beauty! I second that pioneer. You can also look at Kenwood Excelon KDC-X990 I am looking at both of them myself.

The pioneer definitely cought my eye, the sleek and stylish design tells me that this is a quality product. This head unit is packed full of features from the ipod hook up to the auto eq not to mention the high fidelity sound. I would have to say im sold on this head unit. Im upgrading from a sony explod head unit so this should be a great addintion to my system.

yeah man, It looks great in pretty much any car. Will be a huge upgrade from your Sont HU. Other than that new HU, what else does your system consist of?

Im building my system focused on SQL, right now im currently running.

Head unit- Sony Xplod

Amps- Hifonics BXI2006D & 4-Channel ZXI4406 (not yet installed)

Subs- 2 Alpine SWR-1224D switching to Atlas AS12SQD4

Box- 4 cubic feet @ 32 Hrz

Speakers- Front Alpine SPS-571A components (not yet installed)

Rear speakers- Stock

for the most part yes. 780 has bling. The 880 makes up for it with a few more sound options. It has the ability to go active, network mode, Separate 16 band EQ for both sides of the vehicle, and auto EQ. I personally own a 780 and im in love with it, but if i had the option to trade it for a 880 i would do it just to try it myself.
