Best Gain settings for JBL 600.1 + 12.1 Perfects?

What are some good gain settings and low pass settings for the JBL BP 600.1 and two Infinity Kappa Perfects 12.1 12" subwoofers 4-ohm SVC.

I have this baby hooked up to a Toyota Echo right now....sounds clean and i just want to see if i can get better results.
