Ares galaxy for p2p, bitlord client for torrents. Keep in mind some ISP's blacklist certain ports, if you use either ares or bitlord you can change your incoming ports. Works for me anyways.

DC++ is the shit!!! I used to use Winmx which was loosely based on DC++ however winmx is defunt. Now i use various DC++ clients but the absolute best one is STRONG DC.

Torrents really really **** when you get down to it, the only advantage is that some files come out sooner however whats the use if you cant DL it....

Strong Dc is AWESOME!!!! I can download over 5 films or 20 albums in less than 2 hours. Its got 1 drawback and that is its a true P2P and you have to share to get on a good hub.

The Dc network has over 2 petabytes of data
