Best bang for my buck?

I have 2 10" assassins that need an amp and i am looking for the best bang for my buck.

1st option: Kicker zx750.1 $310

2nd option: Alpine MRP-m650 with a universal bass control $235

3rd option: Pheonix Gold R15;01 with universal bass control $255

4th option: Pheonix Gold X600.1 with universal bass contol $260

Or any thing else you can think that might be better.

Look around the classifieds, you can find more power for around those prices.

It will come in handy when you decide to upgrade (everyone always decides to upgrade), and headroom is a good thing to have, too.

the kicker or the x600.1

the alpine is nothign special and i am not so hot on the PG octne series

the kicker will get the job done, but more bang for your buck would be the x600.1

considerably cheaper and just as powerful

look on ebay espcially for millionbuy on ebay.. the x600.1 for $200 delivered.. and you dont need a bass knob anyways.. thats what a good HU is for

You'd probably be best off getting a Hifonics 606D if u want best bang for your buck to effectively power those Assasins...

my buddy has a kicker kx600.1 he's willing to part with, lightly used for probably around 200 shipped

bought from an authorized dealer, a shop here in pittsburgh called goosebumps

has everything it came with

birthsheet reads 720-ish watts

Assassins are SVC 4 ohm so i need atleast 600 rms at 2 ohms.

i still vote the pg x600.1 and i guarantee it will push those assassins.. i have 2 12s myself with this amp and it blows me away, DAILY!

kicker is like 720 at 2 ohms, birthsheet says so
