best amp for sg

rockfordfosgate t400-4 or a small JBL amp will work great. the fosgate t400-4 has independent gains for each channel so u can really tinker with the setting. not a big rockford guy but the t400-4 is a killer mids and high amp

I do not now why any body would what to spend all that much time to make one amp sound like onther amp. It going to take a lot of money in dsp products and hours tuning . A smart person would buy the amp that sounds good with out spending a ton of time money on dsp . Most guys buy the amp of there preferences and spend the extra money on the amp of there likeing instead of all that exta on sound processer and eq

You still need processing and EQ. A amp, most amps can't account for the vehicle and speakers natural acoustics.

still for average dude like me not a audiofile like u i see u have bought a jbl ms8 . not your average guy spends that much time and money on processing. I have a singel din deck that does time alingment . U are still saying guys need tons of tuning capabilties. Maybe for some but most deck amps crossovers are already lots to deal with. So for me and alot others buy the amp that is easy and sounds to are liking. Yes i a agree audio can be perfected but for the majority we keep it simple

If you're looking for best amp for SQ without running a dsp/moderately capable HU then your best bet will be to find the one with the best on board processing. try and find a jbl ms1004 or a Zapco DC reference with enough power overhead to keep your speakers happy. Again it's all sort of pointless unless you install your speakers correctly.

Added: if you're an average guy, you likely will not be able to discern much of a difference as long as you power your speakers well with a halfway decent amp....

I'm my case I had to go processor. No aftermarket decks unless I go custom dash. In my case it was the cheapest option but best option at the same time.

I had the 80prs before. I enjoyed it for the ease of use and cost. Wasn't perfect but worth every penny.

I have a nice home audio system nice avr highend But i would love to sit down with any audio file and have him listen to the system pure audio 2ch sound better then when its running at 7.2 . Yes there is more things that have its at vantage but when the whole room is full of nice quality audio i think it better

Not sure if English is your 2nd language, but this is just hard to read. If it is, sorry. If not, maybe you can try and put together a complete, correctly spelled sentence, as I'm losing track of what you're saying or trying to say. This discussion has gone way off course. If you're getting a deal on those amps you mentioned, get the one with most power.

It says right next to his name he's from Canada. Likely he is a French speaker.
