I am getting 2 Jl audio w3 v3 subs, dont know how many omhs to get what would be the best bang for the buck amp that could make these subs really hit hard? Price range is around $2-300 or less

Cadence TXA-1000D or Hifonics 1606D?

It really depends on how you wire the 2 subs. The Hifonics might be overkill if you're going to wire both into 1 OHM
