Best amp for 4.1 sound

Greetings

I am about to install a Sony dvd/cd hu for music only. It is rated at 52 watts X 4. I am also installing 4 MB Quart 6.5 coaxle speakers in my 04 Lancer.

What amp would you recommend if I go with a sub. I would like to keep the cost

reasonable but not sacrifice too much. I understand I could use a 4 chanel amp powering the from two speakers and the sub. Bare in mind that this is for music so the rear information is more than just fill.

i don't understand much, you want 1 amplifier that will power your 4 speakers plus a sub? If so you're looking for a 6-channel amplifier, maybe a memphis belle? i'd recommend you do a strong 4-channel and a mono amplifier, or a strong 4-channel bridged the sub and run 2 front speaker off of it and run your rear speakers through your head unit's amplifier.

I am guessing that the best way maybe to go with the 4 chanel amp for the frot chanels and bridged for the sub. How is the fosgat p400 4 chanel?.

Any sub recommendations would be appreciated.
