Best 18s for my application

I'm thinking of going a different route with my setup and changing my user name. I was gonna get my CSX reconed to an 18 and do another single sub setup, but I've been thinking of going with 2 18s sealed in my trunk instead.

I have 2000 watts@1ohm on tap, but just can't seem to find any 18s that'll do well in sealed enclosures in my price range. The MJs would be my dream sub, but the single 4 coils are killing me. What other options do I have? I can do about 9cubes max before displacement.

Is my thought of 2 18s sealed possible with this limited space, or should I proceed with getting my CSX built for daily?

Price as low as possible, with only 9 cubes-subs up

I read a thread yesterday about these, but I'm not sure about their build quality. I always heard that MA was trash, but that was just someones opinion, not fact. Do they get loud? Are they dual 4?

Thought about it, but I change up so much I'm really not trying to sink a lot of cash into a setup I won't have at least a year

MA makes the 183xe and 1800xl, the price diff is about $200. Is the 1800 really that much louder than the 183xe?

I have a pair of havoc 18's that sound amazing at 4 cubes a piece sealed..... they may be for sale as well..............

Wont the Mach 5 MJ-18 take that all day? If not the IXL will and they actually do pretty decent in sealed enclosures

Thats my dream sub, but its dual8 ohm. I'd have too much trouble and cost looking for an amp big enough to push it.

The coil configuration is off. If they were single 2s or d4s this thread wouldn't even exist, I'd already have them

Plus around 700 watts is reaching the thermal limit of the sub... They don't get much louder after 700w... the Mach5's that is
