Surprisingly, I recall a test performed where a DD needed more than double the power to achieve the same SPL level as the rest of a bunch. I assume since you are talking burps that half a DB is a lot. If so then you might want to check out Termpro.

But my statement still stands. Concentrate on your install and leave the sub for last.

But to those saying ddz have no idea. With the power your running a ddz isn't any louder than a g motored dd.

Not many hardcore SPL setups are openly discussed especially regarding box specs, mostly on pure burp boxes. I'd peek around Termpro if i were you, maybe start a thread and see what some of the more serious competitors have to say.

Alot of it is R&D and a ton of testing with different enclosures.
