going on TermPro back in the early 00's or late 90's it was fun reading after finals about whatever the hot topic or ten was to complain about... lots of complaints of cheating haha. Certainly werent any 10kw amps back then either.

Nope, it was all orgs back then. I didn't help any. In USACI I used cheaters just like everyone else. I mean really 4 Clif Designs CDX-20A amps in 0-300 haha.

cheater amps are available to everyone, or were back then - so thats not really 'cheating' aside from the obvious blatant manf specs...

lying and real cheating - thats the bad stuff right there.

Looking for some direction on very efficient strong 10kw+ amps out there that can sustain a 3 second burp without protecting or frying at a starting voltage of 13 and dipping as low as 10 volts... Thank you

From what I have seen and heard from others it does very well on lower voltage.

Again though, if you let your voltage drop that low you are going to have issues at some point or another.
