Best 10" woofer under $200?

What would be the best 10" woofer I could get for under $200 for a 1.0cft ported enclosure(enclosure is built to 10w3v1 specs). I don't have an amp yet so that's not an issue as I'll buy whatever amp I need to power it.

I listen to reggae, ska, dub, rock, metal. I'd probably lean more towards SQ than SPL but I still want a little boom.

RE SE 10 would work well although 1.00 ported is pretty small for most 10 inch subs but it would probably work just fine.

You think? I still have the 10w3v1's but I thought there would be something worth upgrading to.

Would it be worth it to go with one of the woofers mentioned over keeping my v1's?
