Sold Benefit auction for "Project Hannah"

Hey guys, I have run this by the MODS and they have agreed and said it is cool if we do this.

I am putting up my RE MX 15 dual 1 for auction. and if it goes for over my cost (don't ask I know what it is and I will share it with bones to verify), 22bones will include a kinetik 2000 (thanks bones)and dropped_mazda has donated a Kicker KQ5 EQ, and wu501, has donated a bunch of misc. install items

The way I would like to do this is to bid you simply reply to this thread and leave your highest bid. All the proceeds will go to GohillaAudio for his "Project Hannah" build.

The auction will run until midnight Sunday the 10th of August.

Please do not bid if you can't pay, payment will be made either directly to GohillaAudio or to my PP account. If you win and you don't pay, the holy wrath of the Car Audio Mods will rain down upon you.

Please reolize I am gaining nothing from this, I am donating my MX to help a fellow member through a rough time.

Do something for someone else and bid from your heart, not simply to get a good deal.

In my personal opinion, from what I gather of this thread, a guy lost a child and he and another few are raising money for him to build a stereo system.

Anyone else see something wrong with that? I mean seriously come on...

You just lost a child for goodness sake...you have better things to attend to than building a stereo system in her name. Set up a charity in her name for a good cause, not build a stereo.

Im against this "raffle" 100%. The admin also wasnt contacted I'd bet. Since you got another mods approval, even though the admin is the only one who can approve these things, Im not going to delete it. However, this had better not turn into a scam.

I agree with you 100%, as i to thought of this could be a scam, and if it is they should die slowly & painfully. If this isnt a scam and i hope it isnt, my heart goes out to the family, personally i would do more with the money than a stereo.

Seriously what did you expect? You have your signature asking for money to help you build a stereo system.

The money should go to a charity. Not to your pocketbook for a stereo.

That response right there just sent off my BS alarm. I may be wrong, and I apologize if I am, but this does start to sound dirty.

I'll admit I was going to donate a few days ago, but the more I thought about it the more I realized that this "project" would be nothing but a grandstand for yourself.

I'm not kissing ***, but I agree with jntar for once on this one.

nobody wants to pay interest, or deal with a bank. I feel if people want to help him do this, that's their choice. It'd be one thing to say he can't sit here and beg for free stuff trying to get the sympathy of others, but I don't think thats a line he's crossing as of now.

thats ok guys. the last thing i want to be considered is a scammer....there are quite a few people on here that have dealt with me, and have either gotten there item's or on 3 occasions not recieved there items, and have gotten a refund.

i'm not out to take anyones money... i know how hard money is to come by in todays economy, i work my *** off for every penny i earn.....and i know most of you do too.
