well %100 is 60 grams and thats prolly about how many i get a day buts that way less than my body weightokay, maybe whey protein; but creatine, nope. I thought the rule of thumb was a gram of protein per body pound a day
I think it's definitely worth it. If you've never taken it, you'll really notice a difference in how sore you are the next day. It makes your muscles recover faster after your workout so you can train as hard the next day.yeah i think its like 2g are found in every pound of meat. do you think taking a glutamine supplement is worth it?
Try turning your elbows in toward your torso, works perfectly for me and my bad rotator cuff.Everytime I get up to 65-70 dumbell sets on I have problems with my rotator cuff.
I would never recommend whey protein to a woman, it just makes them bloat. SOY ALL THE WAYIn my opinion, the only real "bad" thing about whey is that it gets digested too quickly which makes casein a better alternative in keeping your body from catabolizing.
Glutamine is DEFINITELY something that should be included in your supplements. Glutamine increases growth hormone secretion, reduces muscle soreness, speeds recovery, assists your body in times of stress, stimulates protein synthesis, volumes muscles, provides immune system support, and helps support numerous internal organs.Originally Posted by slick rickyeah i think its like 2g are found in every pound of meat. do you think taking a glutamine supplement is worth it?
