i dunno what i got but i have a fever, no appetite, and an excruciating headache

everytime i try to eat it just comes back up and i cant goto sleep because i get cold sweats + drench my sheets

God I just got over that. And right after the fever went a way 2 hours later I got a nasty as cold.
