You shoulda dealt with it when he STARTED talking trash. When he talks trash, you talk trash back... and if it escalates to a fight, well I assume you know what to do.

two things you could do
1) your only 15 you and yer friends arent 18 ... u guys can kick his *** and get into minimal trouble.. problem is expect retaliation or hurt him bad enuff he's afraid to retaliate..

Man it just seems so fun to take out some anger on him, haha..
But things are kinda looking my way. His parents moved from cali and he didnt want to go with them, and he came up here with his aunt. Well his aunt caught him smoking, and is threatening to send him back.
However... one of his friends said he could stay with him so thats bad.
Im thinking to go cause some trouble so he gets sent back and the bastard is odne for for good.
