anyone been burglarized at work?...

i work at papa murphy's and today 2 lowlife fawks poped the cash register open and stole $40 in tens while i was walking back to the office and my other employee was doing dishes...I heard the door chime when they walked in so i walk to the front and this dude is leaning over the counter and closes the register hella fast, backs up and says "i didnt take anything"...lol...ummm dumbarse i just saw u in the register...so other dude was sitting on the bench in the front just lookin at us...the dude that was in the register turns and says something to the other dude and walks out...meanwhile im standing there at the register waiting to see what the other guy does...he finally says "did that guy just take something?" I'm all "yeah he was just in the register"...i am hesitant to do anything cause thats a suspicious thing to say ...he would have seen the whole thing...not really knowing what to do i wait til the other employee comes up and I tell her that a guy just opened the register and dude on the bench comes in the convo actin like didnt know what happened...i didnt wanna call 911 yet or do anything cause the other dude that was "with" him was still there and i didnt know if that dude was gonna pull a gun or try and pull something...

the good thing is, i had just dropped over $100 in 20's in the safe like 20 min before all that happened....

in any event finally i called the cops and they came out and said to call them back when we did the paperwork because they could file a report until they knew how much we were short...but they never ****in came back so no report was made...fawking lowlifes and gay arse cops....

anyways thought i'd share...

I think your bosses prefer that too... they'd rather take a $40 hit than have a dead or beaten clerk on their hands... if you think you did paperwork imagine how much they'd have to do if your *** was dead....

yeah...i dont think i should have done anything different, and i wouldnt...im not gonna let myself get fawked up or end up dead for a job...i just wanted to share what happened...

this isnt even close to the first time shit like this has happened...a few months ago some guy walked into the store and says..."ur not gonna believe this" one of the employees says "what"...dude says "i'm robbing you"....glad i wasnt there for that one....

looks like we need to get some better security stuff...lol
