OK, so I come back to the states (from Sicily), and the people here apperantly play beer pong as well, but they only play with 6 cups. WTF is up with that? And they are only a quarter full?!? Whilst in Sig, we played with 15cups, half full with a partner, needless to say, two or three games and you were done for the night. But why do yall play with so few cups??

cuz they are pu SS ies, but its been being played here for like the past 10 years that i have been around ne wayz........ Prolly longer. When we play we just line it up from end to end, and they are full, but the last 4 are all half way full

And how many people per team? Id be amuzed just watching you try to pound 25 full cups, which isnt even a 1/4 of a table.

We usually play 10 cup, and fill up to about 1/4 full. I'm not trying to pass out after an hour of playing beer pong. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Its goes quicker and is needed at big parties. It takes forever with 10+ cup games.
True, never thought about that. The total population there was right under 10,000, so the parties we had were always fairly small. Never thought about it that way //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Its beruit beer pong is played with paddles like ping pong.
We call it by either name. There tends to be a difference in what name is used depending on where you're from. A few of the frat houses call it beruit, hence why i call it beer pong. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

im from fla, we call in beer pong, 10 cups on each side and 1 pitcher per game. my frat has our own variation of beer pong called "thed". its played on longer tables and you are allowed to lean and bounce and you rerack after every turn. goes real fast at parties.

^I dont know what kind of beer pong you guys play in mass.....
Beirut is a regional term. I'm suprised you hadn't heard of it, a buddy of mine from CT was the one who introduced me to that term //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Proper "beer pong", if you want to get technical, is played with paddles.
