ok so i wanted to try the bed liner.because i need durably. so is there anything i need to know before applying it do i need to primer sand with a low grit paper.

Always a good idea to prep the surface before applying. Light grit sandpaper and clean spotless.

I didnt primer mine. Just put on thick coats to seal the edges.

I used the spray from Meijers. It took about 3 hours to fully dry. It was cold outside and me heater wasent the best

has any one used the roll on kits they have a walmart are they any good or what would be the best rout i really want to keep it around 30 buck.

I just used a Duracoat kit from Discount Autoparts. Cost about $50.00 and had a gallon of bed liner, tray, brush and roller. Worked real well, no complaints. Put on three coats since it's in the bed of my Avalanche. Covered, but not water proof.

Definetely put it on outside if possible. The stuff has some super fumes and u'll get high as a kite in no time. Whoot:

Also, don't forget to coat up to the edges of the box. Your fabric will overlap the edges.
