Bazooka tube direct to head or spliced?

Newbie question: I have a 2015 Lexus IS 250 and had a 6 1/2 bazooka sub installed today. The tech said he spliced the wires from the rear speakers. Will this take away from the sound quality of the rear speakers? Is it possible to get a signal directly from the head unit? Thanks!!

He just added a LOC and grabbed the signal off the stock sub more than likely. That's what I did in my Lexus... Did you replace the sub in the rear deck or just add the bazooka sub?

Lol. Inwent with a bazooka because I had one in the past and it was sufficient I also got one for.cheap. it's not bad I should have gone with an 8 nch though. Like I said it's not bad but I could use a little more basss. He left the stock sub in the back

Why do bazookas **** bad?

Is the stock sub still hooked up? Cancellation issues if so.....

Yes the stock sub is still on. You mean the two subwoofer sound waves will cancel out?
It does sound better the bass is improved but I need more.
Unhook the stock sub and see if the bass improves, then you'll know. Yeah 2 different sized subs will cancel out. Installer should know that.
