has anyone heard the new bazooka triangle subs? I have to get a revies on them before I drop the cash to buy one.

One bazooka triangle sub is the equivilent of one regular 8inch sub, in cone area and excursion, keep this in mind before you buy one.

[want to drop money. buy a solo baric L7. plus those bazookas look like solobaric wannabees. but overall those triangles arnt that bad for the price?

they sound like shit if u buy only one. it sounds good if you have at least 4 so dont buy the crap

the L5's are like the lil bro to the L7's, I was impressed with the sound that it produces(wasnt as loud as mine but it was impressive)they handle a lil less power and dont go as loud but they do knock.

theory... kicker made Solobarics for power and different looks which "clicked" and audio fanatics loves.. now bazooka is tyring their luck if they would achieve what kicker reached of releasing the solobaric sqaures...

i think it will not sound that good becoz its gonna lack cone area due to its triangular shape..

That's the same thing I was thinking. I had a pair of the Bazooka EL1204. They sounded alright for the price. But, when I saw the new triangle sub, I was like wtf, kicker wannabe. I have never heard it, but just by looking at it, lack of cone area, shape, design. There is no way I would put one of those in my car, or anyone elses.

PS. sometimes I wonder what the manufacturer was smoking when they came up with that idea.
