Bazooka ELA300.1

well i may possibly get this for 80$ (a mis-advertisment by circuit city)

and i havent found much else for that price that could work

yes i kno it is... but when things go out and i have no money to replace them, then i must do some drastic things

when i got the car, the speakers were corroding and the CD player didnt work.... and i didnt have 100s of dollars for decent things

EDIT:

And just for the record... i HATE circuit city... i asked the guy if the ELA150.1 was 250W continuous, and he said yes, when on the side of the amp right above him said 250W max

the amp is actually decent, i've have the gains at full for 6 months on my 2 MAX12's. Quality is pretty good too, but the amp failed on me twice last year but hasn't ever since. It over heats a bit the first few months but then after that it stays cool for most of my longs drives.

yeah you can't count on CC to tell you the truth, they run on numbers so they will tell you some bogus stuff to get you to buy..........

actually i had that same amp its actually pretty nice. ive heard complaint of them over heating and mine did not powering a infinity 1030 sub. it was a nice amp and was in a reg cab truck and never over heated in the summer.
