i wanna run the atomic 5000.1... I''ll try to get a 200 amp alt for it, but if i have a 150 amp alt, what electril backup do i need....

big 3 definately and, upgrade your stock battery, and you could also run another battery in back. but go with the big 3, and upgrade your bat, and h.o. alt if you can afford it, wont hurt any
