This might be a repost but the Batcap ia rated at 800 CCA, this thing is rated at 18ah. What is the difference and are they comparable?

CCA and Ah measure two totally different things, firstly. Secondly, just cause they look alike on the outside...

Bottom line, no, they're not comparable.
