Batcap 8400/s ????

First off, to the dude that said there are caps in batcap batts you are dumb and wrong.

Second the DC 10 and 40k are lithium batts and can only be charged with a 2 amp charge and not drivin.

Third the batcap 8400 is a multicell that has SLA batts inside. They are got glued together then a layer of quickfoam and a layer of styrofoam. So they are well suited to drive on in that aspect.

The 8400 is a quick discharge low duration batt. It is only 52.5ah. This is great for burps and will "work" for daily. But a long sustained bass run like bassrace would be better suited with a stinger/odyssey/powermaster style battery. Which still have a pretty quick discharge.

Kinetick batts just **** for quick discharge and I won't touch them. I do have a 8400 and a 2150.

Uh, I'm dumb and wrong? So that's why Ray AT batcap AND mckenzie that runs their emails AND the description of the batcaps say that it has caps in it? Ya that makes sense, who's dumb now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

So as something I would drive around with and use daily, you would not suggest it?

I had sent the email the night before, but the next day I went to see them and they sold it to me direct, then when I got home I had that reply. And the Car Toys thing was what me and him had talked about (future purchases, because they don't sell direct normally but they cut me a deal.. free t shirt and decal too!!)

So his name's not Ray? Must have changed it this week...

Its cool. I just want people to have correct info.
Bumpin Buick, how much you wanna spend and i'll tell you your best bet.
maybe $600 or so. I can get 5 SP1700 for that or keep the 3 HC2400s right now, or get a 16v bank off of pioneer pimp, what other options do you think would be good?
