Having a faster discharge/recharge rate doesn't necessairly make it better.It can only do that for a short period before the voltage starts to fall off.I guess its all a matter of opinion.

I dunno, I DO know that when tested, the batcap 2000 outdid the kinetik 2000 and powermaster 2400, and weighs 35 lbs compared to the kinetik's and powermaster's like 75 lb batteries, if that doesn't sound like a daily driving battery you got me haha! Not to mention Ray at Xstatic told me that about a year ago (so anyone with a batcap from mid 2007 to now) they found some empty space in the caps in the battery and filled those, so it actually holds more than 2000 amps max now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

O, and that's why it's a "batcap", it has the battery part covered for daily, but also has the built in capacitors for burps and such..

LOL I'm just trying to state some stuff gee... let me ask you... I'll be using an AQ2200D and ZX650.4, and I have a 160 HO alt, a 770 CCA battery, and a batcap 2000, is my batcap going to die lol?

I'm not saying it won't work.I'm saying that batcaps are better suited for burping not daily.That's where the fast discharge/recharge helps out.However for daily the kinitiks and powermasters are better suited.

Batcaps have held up better daily for me over the Stingers and Odyssey2150...

extremly false, the DCsounds lfb-40 is teh fastest discharging battery but can only be used for 2 seconds at a time then needs 15-30minutes to cool down. That is why I have some questions as teh 8400s are a very similar technology
