Just Wondering If Setting The Headunit Bass To "0" Means I Should Set My Headunit To Its Lowest,-6? I Searched But All Replies Say Set Hu To "0", Nothing About The Negative...thx

also, when setting my gains on my amp, wouldn't using a 30 hz tone be better then 50 hz if i listen to heavy bass mostly?

you should really adjust it so that the gain setting will be universal so no matter what music you play it'll sound right.

high @ +6

loud set to high

kicker 2500 set as follows

freq. around 80 hz

gain about half

bass boost @ 0

subs are fi bl 12"s in 4.5@32 hz

loud goes from off to low, mid,high

ah that explains why yoru bass is at -6 you have the loud set to high you should adjust your gains with the loud and all other "sound enhancements" to off.

yes turning it back on will affect teh way it sounds. but with you haveing the bass down to -6 turning it off and adjusting the gains correctly will make it to where it'll sound better.

Set everything to 0, then go from there. Having your level adjustments all over the place shows your amps probably are not set correctly.

Edit: N/M it looks like your only running a sub amp. I would still adjust the gain with the sub level at 0.
