bass remote knob (bx1000d)

Just got my amp to start working, and by the way, love it, but i was wondering does it matter which side I run my cable on for my bass remote? Would I get some sort of noise interference if I run it beside the power wire or should I just run the cable on the opposite side with my RCAs and REM to be on the safe side?

the cable passes no audio, just control signal, so it won't matter which side you run it on.

I left mine in the box, and never plan on using it. All it does is cause problems.
