Yes the Kicker comes with mounting hardware.

I don't have a clue if the Cadence is interchangeable with Daytona

How about the Z Ultrashock series for the Cadence knob?

It says Z ultradrive RM1 on the box. I would assume they are interchangeable but you might want to check the Cadence website to confirm.
