Yeah, probably a little late into the thread to respond, and you probably don't give a shit anymore, but oh well. You could always do what I did in my 89, and just rip the rear seat the hell out, and put in 2 12" JLs.
Plenty of room actually even for a ported box. Plus, Wranglers with rearseats are ghey.
Butttt.....Heres a link to Jeepforum, to a guys build that custom built a box into the rear seat for a 10", but you can easily fit 2 10s, and I've seen guys do it with a 12.
