Bass Hit Distortion?

Louisiana, no Mach 460 here. And I don't have subs yet so I want as much bass out of my speakers as I can so shouldn't I set it to something lower like 80hz?
When you keep pushing the speakers as you are you will only cause them harm. If you want lower end then you need purchase a sub/box/amp to get that. The mids/highs are just that and are not meant to reproduce lower hz levels. We are not trying to be harsh or anything, just trying to help you understand why the speakers are distorting and why you won't get what you want out of them.

Why only 15x4? It's a 52x4 deck
The 52x4 number is marketing BS, true output (RMS) is likely more around 15x4. You have 6x8s in the rear deck, right? Those should be more than capable of producing pretty decent bass without distorting. I think you're pushing your HU beyond its limits.
