No way you're going to get 4ft^3 after displacements unless you use aeroports, but that's extra money that I'm sure you're not wanting to spend at the moment.

Ok how about this then...

W = 37

H = 15

D = 20

Port opening = 3.5

Square point length = 15.75

Square point length 2 = 4.5

This would be 4.405 cu ft

30.08hz

With bracing and speaker displacement would I be at 4 cu ft?

Also, at 30hz instead of 33hz would that just mean that lower bass would be louder?

Or if I change...

Port opening = 4

Square port length 2 = 5

That would be 4.279 cu ft

and 32.06 hz

How about 3.5 cu ft @ 32hz? Standard slot ported box.

H = 15 (can be less)

W = 37 (can be less)

D = prefer 18 but can go more.

Maybe I can use some fill to make it seem bigger?

You can do 3.5ft^3 at 32hz if you go with 19" deep, maybe 18" deep if using a slightly smaller port. Move up to 20" deep and you can do something closer to 3.75-4ft^3 after all displacements.
