Hey guys i want to know if i go to set up a Direct Deposit for my Unemployment and i put my acc number with out the 0 that are infront of my acc number will that b ok? It said for me to put down what my check says and it does not have the 2 0s . i looked at my bank statement and it has the 0s befor my acc number. thanks im tryin to not mess anything up i hate dealin with the gov .

usually for direct deposit you need your routing number. It should list it on the bottom of a check.

i have that right they want my acc number as well. i put it down with out the 2 0s in front of my acc number.it said for me to put down what i see on my check and i did so. i just looked over a bank statement and it had 2 0's befor the acc number. Im not sure but i think those 0's dont mean sh it.

i could care less what my bank does i just want the gov to put my money in to my acc . i could have the money go on a chase bank card but i think if it goes in to my checkin acc it would b better.

You think each person has a different routing number? You are seriously dense. I work at a bank and you are okay without the zero's, most banks just use that for internal use.

You can take that chase card and go into your bank and they will pull it all off the card and put it into your bank account.

I have no idea, which is why I don't work at a bank, nor would I ever want to. I just remember having to call and get my routing number when I did the direct deposit thing.
