that's just it, i havent bought anything yet. the sub and box i have now i had before i joined. my problem is that i am a born again virgin to the car audio scene. when i was somewhat into it 15 years ago the only games in town were RF, Kicker, JL etc etc. So now i have to relearn everything. i am still learning what my options are and every time i think i found something i come here to make sure i don't fvck myself. its hard because everyone says this svcks, that svcks, don't buy this, don't buy that. everyone says lanzar svcks then i see someone using a lanzar opti series and i am back to square one, does lanzar **** or doesnt it. Its the same with almost every brand. i havent learned yet what brands svck out load regardless of the model of series and what brands only svck depending on the model and series you buy.

believe me i am NOT buying anything unless a few people on here recommend i do so. its taken me 7 months to get $300-$325 budget i have now. i am not about to squander it on garbage.

Every time i look at Ebay or CL for something i am glad i joined this site because otherwise i would have horribly overpaid for something that isnt going to sound as good as i want it to or isnt going to last long enough that i feel like i got my money's worth.

lanzar opti is budget noise just like the hifi BRZ and audiopoop.

i was just using them as examples. i have learned a lot from this site and i continue to learn more everyday. like i didnt realize i could get a decent 15" sub for $130.
