Go to google video and search xbox 360 towel trick and you will see what it is..Basically it is wrapping the xbox in a towel and getting it super hot ...not to smart in my opinion..but then again it has been known to work.. I love my fully modded xbox 360 with the new Falcon board..

Ive had that happen but it will get the ring of death if there is a power issue, I had the power cable come out a little bit and it happened. Unplugged and rebooted and it was fine.

It won't get the 3 lights if it's a power issue. The 3 lights=hardware failure.

Yes, the towel trick does work, temporarily- it worked for me for about a day.

Xbox will warranty the RROD for 3 years from purchase...

I believe the Elite's have the new Falcon chip/board/whatever. Not sure if they are in regular 360 systems that are being produced now though..

the whole reason it happens is because the cpu isnt getting cooled down enough (the X-clamps **** dick)

Do prefab watercooling components exist for the 360?

I've watercooled a few comps, could look really super badass to have a watercooled xbox in my living room.
