well... no updates... my router crapped out on me within the first 20 mins of work... so hopefully i can get a good router tomorrow, and keep working

Looks good man. I have been wanting to do my dash like that for some time but could never bring myselfto do it I am going to pick another up from a friend and start on it for my truck.

ok guys... well, picked up a new router, but still waiting on a jig. tried to do them by hand today... and while they would work... just dont look clean enough.

so until i get the jig in... i'm goin to finish up the dash, and work on the rest of the interior

Just noticed you said you needed a mono for the midbass. Definitely don't do that, midbass is stereo. It will sound all jacked up running with stereo components as part of your front stage

Yea I'd grab two aq 90x4 and bridging the second for the rockfords. Or I have a mtx amp that does a bit more power thunder 7804 120x4@4 250x4@2 400x2@4 900x2@2 in decent shape

ok guys... here's the problem i'm running into with the RF mid bass.... both subs are 8ohm svc... so if i wire them together, 4 ohm... but thats a no go, since they will be on seperate doors.... trying to figure out, how to push them at 150watts, at 8 ohms... suggestions? mabye a small mono amp that runs 300 @ 4 ohms?

Well my amp I suggested should do around 200rms at 8 ohm bridged front and rear so you would still have stereo sound Other than that the punch 3002 is what is designed to push those subs and is a fullrange amp

yea, i would love to go with the aq4x90... but their rated at 240x2 @ 4 ohm... i'd think there would be more drop than that, running at 8 ohms, u kno

Well I meant my thunder 7804 it's 400x2@4 and underrated so I would expect 200 out of it at 8 ohm

got more work to do... wet sand, buff and polish... but i'll update more on that as it gets done...
