Well, was making a box and i might of screwed up on calculations. When i cut out the hole for the woofers in my baffle, the hole is about and inch away from the edge of the board. Is this too thin? i think actually that some of the screws that are going to support the sub are over the top and bottom piece boards that are sandwhiching my baffle. sorry, cant explain things if my life depended on it.

me=kinda //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif are you saying for example....can a 13" baffle hold a 12" sub?

As long as the wood doesnt crack, I dont see why not.

so there is only an inch of wood on each side of the cutout? that'll be pushing it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i cant get pics but lets say the subs has about 12 hole for the screws. about 3 or 4 of those holes would land on the top and bottom boards. is it completely neccessary to put screws in all the subs screw holes. if so then ill probably make a wall to get through this problem
