Bad power supply?

OK I have a Power Acoustic A2100D that stays in protect mode, but the green light flashes about every 10 seconds, but the protect still stays on. I bought it off here, supposedly it got damaged during shipping. I heard it might be a cracked transistor on the power supply because the board looks like new, no black marks or smells. How much is it to get this fixed at a local electronics repair shop?

I would say between 100-150 to fix at a local repair shop. I would call a few and see if they will give you a free estimate . If not make sure the cost of the estimate goes to the cost of the amp repair .

amprepaircenter.com is pretty descent about estimates, email them or call and they can give a ball park figure
