bad day :(

woke up, put my last 9 dollars in my gas tank(2.98 here) drove 32 minutes to work, had less than half of what i had when i got gas, i knew i would barely make it home from work if i even did. Since i had no money, i didn't get to eat all day, it was like 90 degrees in the sun on the ****ing roof, got a super bad sunburn, got a rediculous headache from not having any caffine because im' used to drinking mountain dew, but since i had no money i had no mountain dew. My partner quit on the spot without telling anyone so i had to paint the roof all by myself all day so i was bored out of my ****ing mind, on my way home on the freeway my car starts to do something, and it sounds like backfire or something then my car shuts down on the freeway, so i hurry up and swerve over two lanes and get off at the exit, and turn right and i turned onto a road that goes uphill. so i pulled my e-brake and put my flashers on, and couldn't get my car to start. so i try to push it uphill(it's only a 79 vw bug so it's really light) and that worked for about 50 feet before i gave up. so i sit on the side of the road, and finally someone pulls over and it's two very nice 50 year old black men, and they ask me if they want them to tow me somewhere behind their truck and they'll take me anywhere. So i say "that gas station on the corner is fine my friend is coming" and they say "we can pull you home if you want" but i replied "no i live like 20 miles from here, just the gas station" so they pull me in there. My friend gets there and loans me $10 because i thought i just ran out of gas, and it doesn't start still. So now my old nice car is sitting in a shitty neighborhood with the kill switch on, because i don't even know when i can get it because my parents are out of town until sunday and i have no money to have it towed somewhere. just wanted to vent.

no. and i have a tow bar for my car, but i don't feel like driving 20ish miles just to crawl under my car to install it all again, and then STILL have to find someone with a truck. the only friend i have with a truck has a S-10 with no hitch //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

it is, and this is the first problem i've had with it. 34k original miles, 8k on the engine since it's been rebuilt, VERY minimal rust as it spent it's whole life minus 2 years in florida.

i can't wait until i start to repaint it and put a system in it. plus it's a convertible so all the ladies love it
