Background noise in subs

Okay, i have a Kenwood MPV-7019, and i am running rockford fosgate fanatic x components off it with a 120 watt amp, which all play fine. I am also running a 10 inch MTX blue thunder sub off a 215 watt amp, but when i play a CD in my headunit, i get a bunch of background noise through my subs. The noise is the sound of the CD player spinning up and the reader scanning the disc. Even when i turn the volume all the way down on the headunit, the same amount of noise comes through the speakers. I dont get this when i play the radio (cuz the cd isnt reading or spinning). The interference from the CD is so bad it makes it hard to hear the music half the time. Does anyone know what the problem could be. Is it fixable, and if so, how should i go about fixing the problem.
