b quiet xtreme or brownbread

which one would be better for dampening my whole trunk and doors for a 04 civic coupe.

both have aluminum backing but the brown bread seems to be a little better.

someone please reply and tell me whats a better value?

Brown Bread is, IMO, the best out there. It outpeforms anything else I have tried, which is a considerable amount of varying materials. If you have the cash to drop on it, go for it, if not, you will get very similar results with many other materials for a cheaper price. It will just require more layers and subsequently, more work on your part. Brown Bread is 60mils thick, B-Quiet is 45mil. Mass loading is mass loading, essentially.
