I have just installed a ax-5600 amp to replace my old 5ch and I ran into some problems. Everything plays fine, but there is a slight buzzing noise in my front right speaker only when the engine is on. It doesnt seem to pick up noise when I accelerate. It just buzzes if the volume is turned all the way down. the rca's are away from the the power line, and i checked the grounding. Another problem I have is my sub doesnt seem to be hardly hitting at all. The amp is rated at
75Wx4 @ 4ohms (Watts RMS) + 500Wx1 @ 1ohm (Watts RMS) Subwoofer Channel Output.
90Wx4 @ 2ohms (Watts RMS) + 500Wx1 @ 1ohm (Watts RMS) Subwoofer Channel Output.
I wired my speakers by plug without bridging, which I think puts a 4ohm load on the amp. I think the issue might be that I wired a 2ohm SVC to a 4ohm setup which is causing it not to hit as hard. If this is the case, is it possible to wire the sub in a 1ohm connection? or would I have to replace the sub? Im fairly new to this and not sure how this all works, so correct me if im wrong. Thx
my equipment is
