AW1006T Power Question

Hello All,

Sitting on a pair of Audiobahn AW1006T's and been searching and reading trying to figure out the best way to wire/power them. Udderly lost and could use some help.

-Dual 4 Ohm Voice Coil

-2 Ohm or 8 Ohm Operation

-Audiobahn states 900RMS operation

Confused on Amplifier choices and wiring config. Could any1 assist me?

How much power amp wise? (1 or 2, Staying with Audiobahn series)

Wire them in 2Ohm?

Yes I already own the subs, seems alot of members disregard Audiobahn products. All I ask is that im not disrespected for my audio choice. I enjoy Audiobahn products and to date have not had any issues ^-^. Installing Audiobahn due to the astetics of reverse mount, hence staying in the Audiobahn pipeline aswell.

Please forgive me for I am a Noob when it comes to the electical aspects of car audio. Thankyou so far for you assistance jmanpc.

After doing some "searching" still having no luck trying to find answers to my questions.

1) With the Dual 4 Ohm setup what is the difference in wiring it with 1Ohm compared to 4Ohm (Sound Quality?> or

just choice in amp output?)

2) So with that in mind would 1800Rms Class D mono work? Or go with 2 seperate amps? Speakers are seperate in custom fiberglass enclosures in corner of trunk (Current project)

Please correct me if I'm wrong, still learning and appreciate the input.

1) 1 Amp - 1800RMS mono?> or

2) 2 Amp's - each RMS Power (1 ohm) 800 watts x 1 chan?
