AVN5495 & AVN7000 best out there???

In a couple week I'm going to buy a new benz, but instead of spending the extra $3000 on the the navigation option for it I'm going to buy my own hu since I plan on buying subs eventually anyways.

I've been looking at the eclipse avn units and I'm most likely going to get either the avn5495 or the avn7000. I checked cardomain.com and the 5495 is $400 more than the 7000. I checked the eclipse website and it seems both of these do most of the same things, so why is the 5495 more expensive??

Are there any other avn's out there that are better than these two??
