AVIC Upgrades on Ebay?

Was looking on Ebay for a mic cause I busted mine to shreds and came across some auctions for Upgrading the hard drive in Avic Z1 and Z2 to Z3's? Do these work? Comes with hard drives, and programming, etc....

Has anyone tried these and wouldn't Pioneer throw a hissy if you had a warranty issue?

yes they do work,just follow the instruction
