autotek sx 4160 on mb quart pce216's

I have a component set of mb quart pce216's wired active with an 860mp. I want to change my amp. I have an autotek sx 4160 that I want to connect to those mb quarts.

amp rating:

100 Watts X 4 Channels @ 4 Ohms

150 Watts X 4 Channels @ 2 Ohms

320 Watts X 2 Channels @ 4 Ohms Bridged

I was going to connect 2 speakers to one channel and 2 tweeters to another channel. So each speaker and tweeter is going to be seeing 75 watts rms at 2 ohms.

Is this amp a little too much them?

actually it isnt enough. they need at least 100 rms to play good. we use the zxi8408 or dcs4125 to run them and it is barely enough.
but isnt 100 watts rms total for the speaker and tweater? Because on my amp, its going to be seeing 150 watts rms total.

1 speaker = 75 watts rms

1 tweater = 75 watts rms

= 150 watts rms

too much then?

or can the speaker and tweater alone handle 100 watts rms each?
