I am trying to wire up a SRx4 in 2 channel mode to run a set of Focal 165 Polyglass Slims.

What should I have the hi-pass filter set at?

typically you should have it set around 80hz.

Ok There are 5 lines with the bottom one starting at starting at 50 and the top at 220.

Which would make 80 the second? or third line?

Also I am a little confused about the A channel B channel stuff. I am not sure which channel I use for 2 channel mode.

And for the gain when the dial is at the top position (where the +) Top left is that 0 and then you'd rotate the gain knob counter clockwise to add more gain?

On any amp I've ever used, rotating the gain know clockwise always turned it UP!! It might seem confusing because the voltage number on the gain actually decreases as you turn it up.

The labelling on the dial is + -> - counter clockwise. So I guess the minus side is the lowest setting. There are no numbers.
