audison bit ten help

ive been installing a new audison bit ten that im having issues installing I have it all wired in correctly I believe but all I get is the blue light coming on and at times it just blinks none of the other lights are working plus we don't get any audio output out of it im not to sure whats wrong maybe im missing something anyone have experience installing a bi ten
